Phil Baroni Ran 3 Miles and Gassed.
Yep, report are in, Phily Baroni ran 3 miles on a treadmill for his training camp and gassed. He said he won't be recovered by the time his fight rolls around on August 28th. Just kidding. He injured his collarbone. I was trying to make light of the bad news and picking on Baroni's awful cardio. I hope his fans can forgive me.

The Dragon Returns
Lyoto Machida is officially scheduled to fight Quinton "Rampage" Jackson at UFC 122 in Germany. He's returning back to the octagon since suffering his first loss in May to the hands of the current light heavy weight champion Mauricio "Shogun" Rua. The interesting thing is, that Rampage Jackson is also coming off of a loss. However, unlike Lyoto, Rampage is not a stranger to losing.

Shields Joins the UFC Roster

It's been announced that at UFC 119 Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is scheduled to face Frank Mir. Two former UFC heavyweight champions will be butting heads once again. The giants collide at UFC 116
Tonight, the UFC's biggest heavyweights step into the cage to decide who is  the #1 heavyweight in the organization. Shane Carwin will step into the octagon with a record of 12-0.
